About The Role

Join our team as a Senior System Administrator, where you will design, implement, and evolve hybrid infrastructure across Cloud and bare metal environments. You will automate and document technical processes, act as a technical reference for the team, and ensure platform stability, security, and scalability.   • Design, implement, and evolve hybrid infrastructure across Cloud and bare metal environments.
  • Automate and document technical processes to optimize efficiency and minimize manual toil.
  • Act as a technical reference for the team, supporting developers and facilitating efficient delivery.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, etc.)
  • Experience managing SQL/NoSQL databases and distributed systems (MySQL, Aurora, Redis, MongoDB, OpenSearch)
  • Deep understanding of Linux environments, including system internals and performance troubleshooting
  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting (Load Balancers, VPCs, Firewalls, DNS)
  • Strong understanding of Kubernetes internals (CNI, Ingress, Network Policies, etc.)
  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in systems administration, DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
  • Hands-on experience with IaC and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc.)
  • Deep proficiency with major Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience implementing GitOps workflows (ArgoCD or Flux) and configuring scalable CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or GitLab Pipelines
  • Proven experience managing high-traffic, large-scale production environments
  • Hands-on experience with observability and monitoring stacks (ELK/EFK, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic)
  • Experience implementing security best practices, including DDoS mitigation and incident response
  • Proficiency with reverse proxies and CDNs (Cloudflare, CloudFront, Akamai, etc.)
  • You love analysing data. You’re a complexity thinker and a real problem solver
  • You’re flexible and available when needed. You understand emergency calls can be part of the job and are aware of the challenges supporting a 24/7 environment

  • Stay updated on industry developments and strive to improve our platform with innovative solutions
  • Development experience in a general-purpose programming language (Python, JavaScript, Go, Rust, etc.)
  • Experience using agentic AI development tools (i.e. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenCode, Cursor, Codex, etc.) to streamline day-to-day work (automation, troubleshooting, operational workflows, IaC, etc)
