Talent Coordinator and Sourcer

Join our fast-growing AI company as a Talent Coordinator and Sourcer Intern. In this role, you'll support the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing logistics, and sourcing talent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn and kickstart their career in Talent Acquisition. You'll work closely with the Talent team and Hiring Managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience and maintaining accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System.

• Coordination of interview, recruitment, offer, and onboarding processes, partnering closely with the Talent team and Hiring Managers.
• Support proactive sourcing efforts to identify and engage qualified candidates, particularly passive talent, using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and support the documentation and continuous improvement of recruiting processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Genuine interest in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, and sourcing
• A proactive and collaborative mindset
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
