Product Manager Build

Join Learnosity, a leading provider of digital assessment and learning experiences. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in launching Learnosity Workforce, a new platform designed to help organizations build, deliver, and measure workforce learning experiences. You will work across multiple product domains, influence strategic decisions, and help create products used by organizations around the world. This is a full-time, permanent position with hybrid working options.

• Deliver key capabilities required for the successful launch and adoption of Learnosity Workforce.
• Shape product experiences that serve both workforce customers and developer audiences.
• Establish strong customer feedback loops and use product insights to influence roadmap decisions.
• Experience working with mature software products operating at scale
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong AI literacy and enthusiasm for AI-enabled ways of working
• 3+ years of Product Management experience or similar product-focused experience
• Strong product judgement and ability to balance customer, business, and technical priorities
• Experience working with APIs, platform products, or developer-focused products
• Technical literacy and understanding of modern web applications
• Experience in EdTech, workforce learning, or learning and development
• Experience building products for technical audiences
• Accessibility experience or a passion for inclusive product design
• Experience in SaaS or B2B software environments
