Product Manager (BSG)

Join AutoScout24 as a Product Manager in the Engagement product area. You will define the product vision and business goals, develop a product roadmap, and own the end-to-end product lifecycle. You will work independently, focusing on user activation, engagement, and retention, and collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities. You should have a strong customer focus, digital product management experience, and excellent analytical skills.

• Definir la visión y los objetivos comerciales para el área de producto de Engagement, enfocándose en la activación, el compromiso y la retención del usuario.
• Desarrollar una hoja de ruta del producto y hitos que reflejen los resultados esperados en el compromiso, utilizando datos y experimentación para informar la priorización.
• Poseer el ciclo de vida del producto de principio a fin en un equipo multifuncional: comprender profundamente al cliente, desarrollar hipótesis, validar ideas a través de pruebas A/B e iterar según los resultados.

• Strong customer focus with proven track record of building products from MVP to “world-class” using insights from tracking, user testing and A/B tests
• Digital product management experience, preferably in Marketplaces or eCommerce
• Extensive know-how of common product management tools and knowledge of target groups
• Strong business knowledge and team development experience
• Product and cross-departmental entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Ideally knowledge in conversion rate optimisation (CRO) as well as testing frameworks and tools
• Very good analytical skills with the ability to use data to backup ideas and assumptions, develop insights and recommendations and define and measure success metrics
• Self-management, negotiation technique, conflict management and strategic thinking
