Senior Legal Counsel (IP, IT, Commercial)

• Provide day-to-day legal advice to business stakeholders on operational and strategic matters, and partner with business teams to identify legal risks and develop pragmatic solutions.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, including software, SaaS, licensing, cloud services, and other strategic contracts.
• Lead and support the protection, management, and enforcement of the company's intellectual property portfolio, including trademarks, patents, copyrights, and trade secrets.
