Our working hours are 08:30–17:30 Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and optimize Tesla vehicles using advanced tools, software, and diagnostic systems.
• Ensure precision and quality in every service task, adhering to Tesla’s rigorous standards.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to share best practices and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Continuously develop your technical skills through hands-on training and internal learning resources.

Requirements

Technical expertise: Proven experience in automotive, aerospace, marine, or related fields.

Problem-solving mindset: Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Strong communication: Ability to collaborate effectively with Tesla teams and interact with customers.

Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and embrace innovation.

Eligibility: Valid driver’s license and right to work in the EU/EEA.
