Your responsibilities will include

Lead and support end-to-end supply chain
transformation initiative
s across procurement, planning, manufacturing, inventory management, warehousing, and
logistics
.

Analyze

business processes,
identify
improvement opportunities, and
implement
sustainable operational enhancements that improve service, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
Support clients in
designing and optimizing Supply Chain Planning processes
, including S&OP, demand planning, inventory optimization, production planning, and network design.
Drive digital transformation
by
leveraging
AI, advanced analytics, automation, and modern supply chain technologies.
Translate business requirements
into practical, technology-enabled solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Collaborate

closely with business stakeholders, operational teams, and technology specialists to solve complex supply chain challenges.
Support or lead implementation projects,
ensuring successful delivery and realization of business benefits.

Use

data and analytics

to

identify
trends, measure performance, and develop actionable recommendations.
Contribute to Deloitte’s thought leadership
by sharing knowledge, coaching colleagues, and staying ahead of emerging supply chain trends and technologies.
Let's talk about you
Master’s degree in supply chain management

, Business Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or

a related
field.

2–4 years of experience in supply chain consulting or industry, with exposure to one or more of the following

Supply Chain Planning, Inventory Management , Warehousin

g ,

Transportation

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with supply chain planning platforms such as OMP,

Kinaxis, or

SAP

S4

is
required
.
Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
Familiarity with AI, data analytics, or digital transformation initiatives is

a

must
.

Green Belt, APICS,

PMP,

or similar certifications are considered a plus.
Industry experience in Life Sciences, Consumer Products, Manufacturing, or Retail is a plus.
Fluent in Dutch and English. French and/or German is an advantage.
