About The Role

POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Solvei8 is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead Plani8 product implementations across apparel and
  • garment manufacturing clients globally. While the base location is Bangladesh, this role covers implementations across any
  • geography where Solvei8 operates. Plani8 is Solvei8's cloud-native production planning solution — purpose-built for apparel
  • factories — enabling dynamic critical path management, capacity planning, real-time recalibration, and seamless integration with
  • MES and ERP systems.
  • The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience as a factory planner or PPC lead, with a deep understanding of garment
  • production workflows, and holds a certification in Fastreact Planner or any other recognised production planning software (e.g.
  • FastReactPlan, Coats Digital, or equivalent). This role spans the full client lifecycle — from technical pre-sales and product
  • walkthroughs to scoping, implementation, post-live monitoring, adoption, reviews, and ROI realization.

Mandatory Requirement

Certification or demonstrated hands-on experience in a recognised apparel production planning software — Fastreact Planner (ex-Fastreact / certified), Coats Digital, or any equivalent planning tool — is a non-negotiable prerequisite for this role. Candidates without this background will not be considered.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Plani8 Implementation & Full Client Lifecycle

  • Lead technical pre-sales activities including product walkthroughs, demos, and solution scoping in collaboration with the sales

team to convert prospects into implementation projects.

  • Define implementation scope, effort estimates, and project plans from initial scoping through to go-live, covering

configuration, data migration, integrations, and user training.

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Plani8 at client factories globally — from scoping and configuration through go-live,

hypercare, and post-live stabilisation.

  • Apply deep knowledge of garment production planning (capacity, critical path, T&A, materials) to configure Plani8 workflows

aligned with each client's unique processes.

  • Drive business process reengineering at client sites to align legacy planning practices with Plani8's digital planning model.
  • Manage integration touchpoints between Plani8 and client ERP/MES systems (including Tracki8, Maintaini8, and third-party

platforms).

  • Deliver structured training programmes across three levels — comprehensive onboarding, virtual onboarding, and LMS-based

self-service — tailored to planner skill levels.

  • Own post-go-live monitoring, adoption tracking, and structured review cadences (weekly operational and monthly KPI reviews)

to ensure sustained platform usage.

  • Work closely with client teams to measure and articulate ROI of the Plani8 implementation — tracking improvements in

planning time, OTDP, capacity utilisation, and lead time reduction — and present findings to client leadership.

Project Delivery

  • Plan, execute, and deliver implementation projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with internal teams and client stakeholders.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes with clear and timely communication.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Monitor project performance using appropriate tools, techniques, and reporting frameworks.

Revenue & Financial Management

  • Track and update Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) realisations in coordination with the finance team to ensure accurate and

timely invoicing throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Trigger revenue recognition milestones as per contractual terms — project kick-off, UAT sign-off, go-live, or any other

milestone defined in the client contract — and communicate readiness to finance proactively.

  • Maintain clear documentation of milestone completion, client sign-offs, and delivery evidence to support correct and dispute-

free invoicing.

  • Flag billing risks or milestone delays early to the delivery and finance teams to avoid revenue leakage or deferred recognition.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree from NIFT (preferred) or from a Garment/Textile Manufacturing institution; MBA is a plus.
  • 7–11 years of total experience in garment manufacturing, with significant time spent in PPC, production planning, or factory

operations.

  • Certification or hands-on proficiency in a recognised apparel production planning software — Fastreact Planner, Coats Digital,

or any equivalent tool — is mandatory. Ex-Fastreact users strongly preferred.

  • Experience in pre-sales solutioning, client scoping, and product demonstrations is a strong advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of apparel production planning — critical path management, T&A calendars, capacity planning, line

scheduling, and order confirmation processes.

  • Demonstrated experience measuring and presenting software ROI to client leadership — OTDP improvement, planning

efficiency, lead time reduction.

  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end implementation or digitisation projects in garment factories across multiple

geographies.

  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies — Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication, CXO-level stakeholder management, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Salesforce, or equivalent project management software.

KEY ATTRIBUTES

  • Deep factory empathy — able to speak the language of planners and operators, not just project managers.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a strong ownership mindset and bias for action.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex, multi-site project structures simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team-alignment capabilities across cross-functional and client teams.
  • Highly organised, detail-driven, and analytical with a continuous improvement mindset.

WHY JOIN SOLVEI8

  • Work on high-impact, large-scale digital transformation projects across leading apparel manufacturers in Bangladesh and

beyond.

  • Be part of an innovative and collaborative environment that builds category-defining products — Plani8, Tracki8, Maintaini8 —

trusted by 140+ factories across 7+ countries.

  • Competitive salary and benefits, with clear opportunities for career growth into senior delivery and consulting roles.
  • Work at the intersection of apparel manufacturing expertise and cutting-edge factory technology — a rare and valuable career

position.
