As a Training Implementation Associate - Bandung, you will play a key role in developing frontline capabilities by delivering impactful training programs and ensuring the effective application of learning in the field. You will be responsible for facilitating classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training, conducting coaching sessions, monitoring training effectiveness, and identifying capability gaps to support continuous performance improvement. Your contribution will help strengthen product knowledge, service excellence, and operational standards, ultimately driving employee performance and business results. What We’ll Work on Together Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training programs to enhance frontline capabilities and ensure consistent execution of company standards. Facilitate product knowledge, sales, and service excellence training while conducting regular store visits, coaching sessions, and performance observations to drive continuous improvement. Assess training effectiveness through field monitoring, provide actionable feedback and development plans, track post-training application, and identify capability gaps for further development initiatives. Qualification Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Trainer, Learning & Development Officer, Sales Trainer, or similar role. Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences. Experience in coaching, mentoring, and providing constructive feedback to frontline employees. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify performance gaps and recommend improvement actions. Willing to travel and conduct regular store visits.
