Technical Support Agent (Motorcycles)

40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Support Agent to join our team.

In this role, you will provide technical support, assist with troubleshooting activities, and work closely with dealers to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support via phone and ticketing systems
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues
• Escalate complex cases when necessary and monitor follow-up activities
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Support continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Participate in technical training and development activities
• Maintain high standards of customer service and technical support

We are looking for a customer-focused individual with strong technical aptitude and a genuine passion for motorcycles.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
• Fluent Italian and good English skills (B2 level or above)
• Passion for motorcycles and vehicle technology
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in technical support, workshop environments, or after-sales services is considered a plus
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally
