Due to growth, we are seeking a Manager to join our Finance and Operations Transformation team in Tāmaki Makaurau / Auckland on a two-year fixed-term, full-time basis .
The reason for the fixed term is to meet our need for additional resources in Finance and Operations Transformation.
This role focuses primarily on Operations and Supply Chain transformation . You’ll work with private and public sector clients across a range of industries, supporting work in areas such as operational excellence, performance improvement, procurement, supply chain, and finance transformation. Our work brings together people, process, performance and digital transformation to help clients create sustainable business benefits.
Your day-to-day could include
- Managing and supporting the delivery of supply chain and operations transformation engagements, from analysis through to implementation.
- Working across areas such as warehousing, transport management, transport planning, supply chain planning, Sales and Operations Planning, or Integrated Business Planning.
- Analysing operational, financial and performance data to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
- Building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders at different levels, including senior leaders.
- Supporting business development activity, including relationship development and competitive tender responses.
- Minimum 37.5 hours per week
- 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday
- Pay range: NZD $120,000–$130,000 per annum
- Key tasks and responsibilities: Managing and supporting client engagements in operations and supply chain transformation; analysing data and processes; contributing to performance improvement, procurement, supply chain and finance transformation work; supporting client relationships and new business opportunities.
- Minimum experience required: 3–5 years’ hands-on experience in supply chain, ideally across warehousing, transport management and transport planning.
- Other essential skills: Understanding of the full supply chain lifecycle, from strategy through to execution; strong written and verbal communication skills; relationship management skills; financial and data literacy; ability to support delivery of complex client engagements.
- Helpful experience: Professional services or consulting experience; supply chain planning, Sales and Operations Planning or Integrated Business Planning experience; exposure to digital supply chain systems such as Anaplan or SAP IBP.

- Hands-on experience across supply chain operations, with exposure to areas such as warehousing, transport management and transport planning.
- Confidence working across the supply chain lifecycle, from strategy development through to execution.
- Experience supporting or managing complex projects or client engagements, ideally within professional services, consulting or a client-facing environment.
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to engage clearly and respectfully with people at all levels, including executive teams and boards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain insights, tell a clear story and convey key messages.
- Financial and data literacy, with curiosity and a practical approach to solving problems.
- A positive, collaborative approach and willingness to keep learning and lead by example.
