Service Engineer

OFFICE: Wong-Sawang, Bang Sue Bangkok Thailand

RESPONSIBILITIES

Commissioning of new products

• Install and commission single-configuration UPS systems with capacities of up to 200 kVA
• Perform full functional testing of UPS and battery systems in collaboration with internal teams and customers
• Prepare commissioning reports for customers upon completion of UPS commissioning
• Install the SoLink, SoLive, and dongle applications
• Create and maintain SoSupport databases
• Identify and resolve technical issues arising during the commissioning process
• Perform preventive maintenance (PM)
• Prepare preventive maintenance reports for customers
• Support the team in troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and replacing parts
• Prepare problem-analysis presentations and reports for customers, where applicable
• Prepare reports required for the claims process, as assigned
• Update preventive maintenance completion data in SwingMobile
• Provide technical hotline support, participate in 24/7 on-call coverage, and respond to emergency troubleshooting requests
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in maintaining and repairing UPS systems, critical power equipment, or industrial electrical systems

Servicing of installed products

• Perform preventive maintenance (PM)
• Prepare preventive maintenance reports for customers
• Support the team in troubleshooting, repairing equipment, and replacing parts
• Prepare problem-analysis presentations and reports for customers, where applicable
• Prepare reports required for the claims process, as assigned
• Update preventive maintenance completion data in SwingMobile
• Provide technical hotline support, participate in 24/7 on-call coverage, and respond to emergency troubleshooting requests
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related technical field
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in maintaining and repairing UPS systems, critical power equipment, or industrial electrical systems
