Norwegian Speakers: Work from Home in Greece with Canon

Your Role with the Canon Support Team 📸

You'll help Norwegian-speaking Canon customers with questions about products such as cameras, printers and other imaging technology.

Your responsibilities include

• Supporting customers via phone, email and chat
• Answering questions about Canon products and services
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Guiding customers towards the right solution
• Managing customer cases from question to resolution

No need to be a Canon expert already – you'll receive full product and technical training.

Along the way, you'll build practical experience in technical support, troubleshooting, customer experience and consumer technology – useful skills if you later want to explore other roles within tech, digital support or international customer operations.

Requirements

You

• Speak Norwegian fluently
• Have a good level of English
• Enjoy technology and problem-solving
• Communicate clearly and patiently
• Are comfortable learning new systems
• Are ready to live and work in Greece 🇬🇷
