Job Summary

• We are looking for a
• passionate and customer-focused Product Manager

with

3–5 years of experience in software product management

.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision and strategy, gathering and prioritizing requirements, managing the product roadmap and backlog, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful digital products.

You will act as a key bridge between

business stakeholders, customers, Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Sales, and Customer Success

, translating business and customer needs into clear, actionable product solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the
• product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• in alignment with business objectives.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Create and maintain
• PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and functional specifications
• .
• Collaborate closely with

Engineering, UI/UX, QA, Business, Sales, and Customer Success

• teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Own and prioritize the
• product backlog
• based on business value, customer feedback, technical considerations, and market opportunities.

Conduct

• market research, competitor analysis, and customer discovery
• to identify product opportunities.
• Lead or actively participate in
• sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and product demonstrations
• .
• Ensure product features are delivered on time while meeting defined quality and business expectations.
• Define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Analyze product performance, user feedback, and available analytics to identify areas for improvement.

Coordinate

• feature releases, change requests, enhancements, and product updates

• Act as the bridge between business and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Support product launches by collaborating with

Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

• teams.
• Drive continuous product innovation and improvements in product development processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience
• as a Product Manager in an IT services, SaaS, or software product company.
• Strong understanding of
• SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• .
• Hands-on experience with
• product planning, roadmap management, and backlog prioritization
• .
• Strong experience in preparing
• PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow documentation
• .

Excellent

• analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• .

Strong

• stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• .
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including

Engineering, QA, UI/UX, and Business

• .
• Familiarity with tools such as

Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps, Trello, or Confluence

• .
• Ability to translate
• customer needs and business objectives into actionable product requirements
• .
• Good understanding of SaaS products, enterprise applications, ERP, CRM, or web/mobile applications will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in
• Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

• SaaS, ERP, CRM, EdTech, or enterprise software products
