About the Role

Toprankers is hiring Academic Counselors for its Legal PG vertical, covering our Judiciary Gold and LEAC (Legal As After College) brands. The role involves guiding prospective and enrolled students through course selection, enrollment, and academic planning, ensuring a smooth and supportive learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students on course offerings, curriculum, and career outcomes across Judiciary Gold and LEAC programs
• Handle inbound and outbound counseling calls/meetings to drive enrollments
• Address student queries related to course structure, fees, and academic pathways
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate counseling records/CRM updates
• Coordinate with the academic and operations teams to ensure a seamless student experience

Requirements

• Prior experience in academic/education counseling is
• mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the legal education/exam-prep space (CLAT, judiciary exams) is a plus
• Based in or willing to work out of Bhopal
