10 YEARS in Georgia / over 2000 employeesTrust and Safety Customer Experts are responsible for moderating user-generated content on our client’s platform by reviewing strong graphic images, videos, and/or written content to ensure the content meets the community guidelines and to escalate any content that violates the parameters set. This role is key in providing a positive social experience for all users.

What We’re Looking For

Fluent Russian, both spoken and writtenVery good English skillsGood technical understandingEmotional resilienceReady for self-studiesStrong attention to detail and the ability to work independentlyWillingness to work in shifts, weekends, and public holidaysExperience with social media platforms is a plus, but not required

What You’ll Do

Monitor social media content (videos, comments, hashtags) to identify and remove abusive, violent, or inappropriate materialEnsure a safe user experience across the platformMaintain and manage transaction data accurately
