Pre-Sales Design & Specification Executive

About The Role
- Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals for corporate biophilia solutions.
- Coordinate with the design, landscaping, operations, and sales teams to develop accurate proposals.
- Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, scope of work, BOQs, presentations, and service details.
- Include plant selections, green-wall concepts, office landscaping solutions, maintenance plans, timelines, and commercial terms where applicable.
- Customize proposals based on the client's office size, workplace design, budget, and sustainability requirements.
- Ensure proposals are accurate, professional, visually appealing, and submitted within agreed timelines.
