About The Role

What exactly you will do here:Own and evolve the technical platforms for AI and automation across Cembra, acting as the technical expert for Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Customer CenterDefine and maintain governance, architecture, development, security, and operational standards, ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory requirementsSupport business units and project teams in assessing, designing, and implementing AI and automation use cases, including technical feasibility, complexity, effort estimation, and solution designDevelop reusable components, solution patterns, standards, best practices, and self-service capabilities to scale AI and automation across the organizationEnsure the stable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of implemented solutions, including releases, changes, and deploymentsMonitor solution performance and service quality, ensuring the scalability and reliability of the technology stackManage platform configuration, licensing, and lifecycle, including vendor relationships where required

What we're looking for:5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Platform/Application Management, Platform Engineering, or a related fieldUniversity degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related disciplineStrong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio; experience with Microsoft Customer Center is a plusExperience managing enterprise platforms, including Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), governance, risk, compliance, and security frameworksExperience delivering automation, AI, cloud, or integration solutions, ideally in a regulated environmentAbility to translate business needs into scalable and secure technical solutionsStructured and solution-oriented, with strong analytical and collaboration skills and the ability to bridge business and technologyVery good English skills for collaboration with teams and management in Switzerland
