As (Senior) Performance & Inventory Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in optimizing global supply chain performance, driving inventory excellence, and enabling data-driven decision-making across our international network. You will be responsible for: YOUR CONTRIBUTIONDefine and monitor global supply chain and inventory KPIsDevelop dashboards, reports, and performance insights to support decision-makingAnalyze supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunitiesLead global inventory optimization initiatives to balance service, cost, and working capitalManage risks related to excess, obsolete, slow-moving, and expiring inventoryDrive inventory strategy, policies, and continuous improvement activitiesSupport digitalization and automation projects across supply chain processesDevelop advanced analytics and predictive models for inventory and service performanceConduct scenario analyses and provide recommendations for business decisionsLead cross-functional projects and collaborate with Supply Chain, Commercial, Quality, Finance, IT, and Manufacturing teams worldwide

YOUR PROFILEDegree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, or a related field Several years of experience in supply chain, inventory, or performance managementExperience within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industryStrong analytical mindset with experience in KPI management and reportingMust-have Hands-on experience with ERP and analytics tools such as SAP, Power BI, SAP BW, SAC, Python, or similarAPICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification is a plusExprience in data science and AI is a plusAbility to translate complex data into actionable business recommendationsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStructured, proactive, and solution-oriented working styleBusiness fluent in English (written and spoken), German and additional languages are an advantage
