Facilities Supervisor

Job Summary

The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating day-to-day facilities management operations, ensuring that all building services, maintenance activities, and support services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in accordance with company standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily facilities maintenance activities across the assigned site.
• Lead and manage technicians, operators, cleaners, and other facility support staff.
• Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate maintenance of
• HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, civil, and other MEP systems

• Attend to breakdowns, complaints, and emergency maintenance requirements promptly.
• Allocate daily tasks to technicians and monitor their performance and productivity.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, plant rooms, and common areas.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out according to approved procedures and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers when required.
• Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, work orders, inspections, and equipment status.
• Monitor the use of tools, equipment, spare parts, and materials.

• Support the Facilities Engineer/Manager in implementing preventive maintenance schedules.
• Prepare daily and periodic reports regarding maintenance activities, manpower, incidents, and outstanding issues.
• Respond to client and occupant complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure technicians follow safe working practices.
• Identify recurring faults and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness of plant rooms, workshops, and service areas.
• Participate in emergency response, fire drills, and other facility-related emergency activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Facilities Manager.
