Internal Auditor

to strengthen our financial and operational controls across stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular
• internal and store audits
• across abcoffee outlets.

Audit

• cash handling, POS transactions, discounts, refunds, voids, and billing
• .

Conduct

• inventory and stock audits
• , including consumption, wastage, and stock variance.

Identify

• financial leakages, discrepancies, and control gaps
• .
• Ensure compliance with
• SOPs, policies, and operational processes
• .
• Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate variances.
• Review store-level expenses, purchase records, and supporting documentation.
• Prepare audit reports with clear findings and recommended corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Store Operations and Finance teams to close audit observations.
• Track recurring issues and support implementation of preventive controls.
• Conduct surprise audits and periodic checks across stores as required.

Candidate Profile

• 1–3 years of experience in
• Internal Audit / Store Audit / Operations Audit / Loss Prevention
• .

Experience in

• QSR, café, restaurant, retail, hospitality, or FMCG
• preferred.
• Good understanding of
• inventory, cash management, POS, and operational controls
• .
• Good working knowledge of
• MS Excel and audit reporting
• .
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Comfortable with

• store visits and travel within Mumbai
• .
• Should be hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
