HRIS Associate, Human Resources

Key Areas of Responsibilities

• Serve as the superuser for the HR system, offering information, technical advice, support and guidance to users on all aspects of the system
• Ensure the timely and accurate production of metrics and management information (MI) dashboards, covering areas such as headcount, turnover, employee absence, performance and retention
• Prepare workforce and turnover analytics, forecast data and identify trends to provide insights that support business decision-making and strategy formulation
• Work closely with HR users, the IT Department, external vendors and other counterparts to collect user requirements, deploy system changes and support ongoing system enhancements and maintenance
• Participate in various tasks, including system / file drive access administration, data cleansing, user trainings and the preparation of system guidelines and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology or a related discipline
• Qualifications of project management such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in application support or project management in banking or financial services industry
• Solid experience in Human Capital Management system, experience in Workday is preferred
• Proven track records of delivery of HR projects in a sizable company
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Team oriented, proactive and can-do attitude
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
