About The Role

General Purpose

To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or activities. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Make technical sales calls to new and existing clients, Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
Schedule sales activity, prepare sales action plans and strategies, Develop technical sales proposals, Prepare and present sales contracts
Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships follow up on sales activity
Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development(by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities )
Updates job knowledge (Technical side + selling skills) by studying new product descriptions and new techniques; participating in educational opportunities.
Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations.
Accomplishes department and organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Maintains and improves quality results by following standards; recommending improved policies and procedures .
