Senior Python Engineer

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain back-end services with Python.
• Use AI-assisted, agentic, and spec-driven workflows to improve delivery quality, reduce rework, and increase engineering leverage.
• Contribute to AI-powered products and features, from LLM integrations to intelligent workflows and automation.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, QAs, and engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Take ownership of features from planning and implementation through testing, documentation, and delivery.
• Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Actively explore new technologies and bring fresh ideas into the team.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have

• 5+ years of experience in software development (3+ years with Python).
• Strong experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered developer tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot…) and agentic approaches, paired with the engineering judgment needed to validate the outcome.
• Focus on writing clean, testable, maintainable code.
• Passion for exploring new technologies and applying them in real-world projects.
• Good communication skills and fluency in English for effective collaboration with both your team and international clients.

Nice/Bonus if you've

• Designed, built, or operated LLM-powered systems in production environments.
• Worked with evaluation, monitoring, or handling non-deterministic model behavior at scale.
