Assistant Superintendent Supply Chain

This position is designed to provide support to Zijin Mining Group, primarily responsible for daily coordination with the Group's centralized procurement, logistics, and international business departments, as well as assisting managers and superintendent in daily management and operations.

Your key responsibilities will include

• Support team members in project coordination and execution.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Complete tasks and assignments on time and with accuracy.
• Learn and adhere to safety and environmental regulations.
• Complete daily material supply needs.
• Complete daily centralized procurement logistics tracking.
• Provide administrative support to managers and supervisors.
• Based on the nature of the work the tasks may consist of but are not limited to:
• Conducting research, preparing reports, and maintain documentation.
• Assist with data entry, logbook maintenance, and report preparation.
• Communication and prepare documents to report to the Head quarter group in ZIJIN.
• Other duties as assigned by the leadership.
