Shift Schedule

  • 📅 12-Hour Continental Rotating Schedule
  • 🌞 Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 🌙 Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Enjoy a schedule that provides full-time hours with built-in days off throughout the month.

What You’ll Do

As a Mixing Machine Operator, you’ll play a critical role in the production process by ensuring materials are properly prepared and equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor the mixing line
  • Formulate and prepare crumb rubber mixtures according to production requirements
  • Identify and differentiate raw materials accurately
  • Safely load and unload trailers while meeting operational timelines
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all start-up, shutdown, and lockout/tagout procedures
  • Perform routine inspections and maintain safe work practices
  • Communicate effectively with office staff, truck drivers, maintenance teams, and production departments
  • Understand and utilize emergency safety equipment and procedures
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience
  • Forklift experience or certification
  • Experience working in an industrial production environment
