Shift Schedule
- 📅 12-Hour Continental Rotating Schedule
- 🌞 Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 🌙 Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Enjoy a schedule that provides full-time hours with built-in days off throughout the month.
What You’ll Do
As a Mixing Machine Operator, you’ll play a critical role in the production process by ensuring materials are properly prepared and equipment operates safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the mixing line
- Formulate and prepare crumb rubber mixtures according to production requirements
- Identify and differentiate raw materials accurately
- Safely load and unload trailers while meeting operational timelines
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all start-up, shutdown, and lockout/tagout procedures
- Perform routine inspections and maintain safe work practices
- Communicate effectively with office staff, truck drivers, maintenance teams, and production departments
- Understand and utilize emergency safety equipment and procedures
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience
- Forklift experience or certification
- Experience working in an industrial production environment
