• Pr ovides b ack up to su pport Cu stomer Se rvice Repre sentatives
• Pr ovides pr oduct inf ormation a nd edu cation to s ales t eam as re quired
• Ma nages mar keting mat erials ne eded f or t he S ales t eam to ut ilize in t heir d aily ta sks; I ns ures t here a re a mple su pplies of Ha rcros a nd ve ndor lit erature f or cus tomers, b oth dig itally a nd h ard co pies
• Tr acks d ead a nd slo w-moving st ock; a ss ists w ith pr oduct c ode main tenance, inc luding ob solete c odes a nd n ew pr oduct c odes
• Su pport a nd l ead va rious s ales a nd mar keting pr ojects a nd b ids wi thin t he di strict as ap proved by Di strict Ma nager
• Re views ma rket an alyses to det ermine cu stomer ne eds, vo lume pot ential, p rice sch edules, a nd di scount ra tes, a nd imp lements s ales cam paigns to acc ommodate g oals of co mpany
• In form re gular cus tomers of n ew pr oducts or ser vices. Bu ilds a nd mai ntains cu stomer rela tionships
• O ffer tec hnical ad vice to Ha rcros Ass ociates at t he br anch l evel as req uested
• Pa rtner w ith R &D to und erstand dev elopment of n ext gen eration pr oducts to en sure Ha rcros re mains com petitive a nd on t he for efront of tec hnology f or t he sp ecific ma rkets ide ntified a nd pot ential n ew ma rket se gments
• De velop a nd ma intain rela tionships w ith in dustry con sortiums

• Pr epares re ports of bu siness tran sactions

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bac helor’s De gree in mar keting, bus iness, che mistry, or re lated f ield p re ferred
• O ne to t wo y ears re lated exp erience an d/or tra ining, a n d/or equ ivalent com bination of edu cation a nd exp erience
• Exp erience wi thin t he ch emical in dustry p re ferred
