Social Media Manager (Freelance)

ITP Media Group is looking for a creative, reliable, and detail-orientated freelance Social Media Manager to support the day-to-day running of our social media accounts. This role is central to how our brands show up online, from planning and posting content to producing quick-turnaround edits and designs. The ideal candidate is hands-on, self-motivated, and comfortable working across multiple platforms and content formats.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media accounts across platforms, ensuring consistent, on-brand posting.
• Plan and execute a regular content calendar in line with brand and campaign priorities.
• Produce basic social media edits, including captions, resizing, and quick creative touch-ups.
• Design static content (posts, stories, covers) for use across social channels.
• Edit basic video content for reels, stories, and short-form platforms.
• Monitor engagement and platform performance, flagging trends or opportunities.
• Liaise with the wider content and design teams to source assets and align messaging.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience managing social media accounts, ideally for a brand or business.
• Working knowledge of basic graphic design tools for static content creation.
• Basic video editing skills for short-form social content.
• Adobe Creative Suite experience (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency across platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple content pieces and deadlines at once.
