Contract Manager PMC (Data Centre)

Location & Contract Details

Key Responsibilities

\- Take full responsibility for both pre- and post-contract administration, utilizing the FIDIC contract suite.
\- Manage procurement of high-value Long Lead Equipment (LLE).

\- Resolve contractor Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
\- Safeguard client cash flows through diligent final account closeouts.

Requirements

\- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in construction contract management.
\- At least 3 years’ experience working on high-complexity infrastructure or data center projects.
\- Mastery of FIDIC contract conditions.
\- Strong cost procurement skills.
\- Understanding of mission-critical engineering systems.
