Danish-speaking Customer Service - Gap Year Abroad in Sofia, Bulgaria

We're looking for Danish speakers ready to swap the familiar for a new life in Sofia, Bulgaria.

You'll join an international Customer Service team, help customers with digital products and services, and gain hands-on experience with troubleshooting, customer experience and modern support systems.

And no – you don't need a tech degree.

Full training is provided.

Your day can include

• Supporting Danish-speaking customers via phone, email and chat
• Answering product and service questions
• Troubleshooting problems and finding practical solutions
• Working with CRM and ticketing systems
• Guiding customers through different processes
• Explaining information clearly and simply
• Building your product knowledge through ongoing training
• Working alongside an international team

No previous technical background is required.

Requirements

• You don't need a five-page CV.
• You don't need years of experience.
• And you definitely don't need to have your entire career figured out.

We're looking for someone who

• Speaks Danish fluently
• Has a good level of English
• Communicates clearly and confidently
• Enjoys helping people and solving problems
• Is comfortable learning new technology and systems
• Can follow processes and work independently
• Has a customer-focused mindset
• Is ready to live and work in Sofia, Bulgaria
