About The Role
Workster is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit a Russian-speaking Digital Content Specialist for an exciting multilingual project based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
This is an excellent opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented professional to join a fast-paced digital team producing and localising content for Russian-speaking audiences. You will create, adapt and optimise digital content across social media, web, and community channels to engage users, support campaigns, and maintain brand voice.
Your Role

- Create and localise engaging digital content in Russian for social media, websites, in-app messages, and community platforms
- -
- Adapt global marketing copy and campaign materials to fit the cultural and linguistic nuances of the Russian market while maintaining brand tone
- -
- Produce clear, concise, and SEO-friendly web copy and metadata where required
- -
- Schedule and publish posts, monitor performance, and contribute to content calendars
- -
- Moderate user-generated content and community interactions in line with company policies
- -
- Collaborate with designers, marketing, product, and localisation teams to deliver coordinated campaigns
- -
- Perform quality checks on translations and localised assets to ensure linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance
- -
- Use analytics and feedback to optimise content and suggest improvements
- -
- Maintain accurate documentation of content assets and follow established processes and style guides
Your Qualifications

- Native-level fluency in Russian (written and spoken)
- -
- Good command of English for collaboration with international teams
- -
- Proven experience creating digital content for social media, web, or community channels
- -
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with excellent attention to detail
- -
- Familiarity with social media management tools, CMS platforms, and basic SEO principles
- -
- Understanding of community moderation practices and content governance
- -
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- -
- Creative mindset with a data-informed approach to content optimisation
- -
- Prior experience in localisation or working with global marketing teams is an advantage
- -
- Candidates located in Sofia are preferred; valid Bulgarian Tax Identification Number (NRA) required for contractual purposes
