Event Staff - CPM Ireland

• CPM Ireland are looking for Event Staff to support the IGBF Event!
• We are seeking temporary Event Staff to support an upcoming IGBF event across two work groups covering event set-up and registration activities.
• 📅 Event Dates: 24th & 25th September 2026
• 📍 Location: The Shelbourne Hotel, St. Stephen's Green, Dublin

Available Shifts

🔹 Set-Up Team

• Thursday, 24th September 2026
• Evening shift (exact times to be confirmed)
• Assisting with venue and event preparation

🔹 Registration Team

• Friday, 25th September 2026
• Registration and attendee support duties
• Morning shift (exact times to be confirmed)

💡 Preference will be given to candidates who are available to work both shifts.

Responsibilities

• ✅ Event set-up and preparation
• ✅ Registration desk support
• ✅ Welcoming and assisting attendees
• ✅ Distribution of event materials and goodie bags
• ✅ Managing attendee queues and directing guests
• ✅ General event support throughout the day
• ✅ Ensuring event areas remain organised and presentable

Requirements

• 🔹 Comfortable interacting with attendees
• 🔹 Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• 🔹 Available on 24th and 25th September 2026
