Customer Care Representative (internally called Customer Care Specialist) Part-Time | 20-30 Hours Per Week | In-Person Position Jupiter, FL $18 - $21 per hour, plus bonus programJoin Our Growing TeamEntrusted is hiring an entry-level, Customer Care Representative to be the first point of contact for homeowners reaching out about water, fire, or mold damage. You'll set the tone for their entire experience with us, gathering the right information, setting clear expectations, and getting them scheduled with the right Damage Consultant quickly. This role keeps leads moving and helps turn first-time callers into long-term customers.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate warmly with customers, answering calls promptlyListen, gather information, and route each call to the right team memberCreate a strong first impression and set clear expectations about the services we provideAddress customer questions or concerns to help secure a scheduled appointmentSchedule the appropriate Damage Consultant based on location, availability, and lineup, resolving any scheduling conflicts that ariseCommunicate regularly with Damage Consultants and customers to relay updated arrival timesKeep accurate records of pending items and follow up consistentlyHandle day-to-day administrative tasks that support the team and brandOther duties may be assignedQualificationsStrong work ethic and integrityTeachable attitude and eager to keep learningComfortable communicating clearly and persuasively, both written and verbalGenuine, service-minded approach to helping customersAble to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment with shifting prioritiesSound judgment and good decision-making under pressureBuilds rapport easily with a wide range of personalitiesExperience in retail, restaurant, or another client-facing, fast-paced role preferred, but not requiredWhat We Offer$18 - $21 per hour, plus bonus program401(k), health/dental/vision, PTO, and paid holidaysCompany-paid access to Dave Ramsey's SmartDollarGym reimbursementOur CultureWe started 20 years ago as a small carpet cleaning company in South Florida.
