Pre-Assembly Operator

Perform mechanical pre-assembly activities including bending materials, cutting, drilling, and fitting components according to technical requirements. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, assembly instructions, and technical documentation to ensure accurate and reliable assembly. Assemble and adjust mechanical components such as gears, chains, bearings, and shafts while maintaining high quality standards. Safely operate manual and power tools while following company safety standards, procedures, and best practices. Collaborate with Manufacturing and production colleagues to support on-time delivery, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
