Tasks Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the timely acquisition of quality talent. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and employee engagement. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and update company policies as needed. Coordinate administrative functions, including office management, record keeping, and vendor management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles . Age 30 - 40 years. Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations applicable in the countries of operation. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
