About The Role

The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC is a fast-growing civil litigation firm specializing in Workers' Compensation cases. We are looking for a Remote Case Manager to assist in managing cases from intake to resolution, ensuring smooth communication and case progression.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation cases from intake to settlement.
Communicate with clients, adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys to gather case updates and documentation.
Assist with the preparation of legal documents, filings, and case summaries.
Coordinate medical treatment approvals, lien negotiations, and case follow-ups.
Ensure all deadlines and case milestones are met.
Maintain accurate case records and update case management software.
Support attorneys in case preparation for hearings, depositions, and settlements.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Case Manager in Workers' Compensation law or a related legal field.
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Strong understanding of medical records, benefits, and Workers' Compensation procedures.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
