Assistant Manager Internal Audit

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable university. Minimum 3 years of experience in a Big Four accounting firm. Strong knowledge of internal audit, risk management, internal controls, and accounting standards. Good understanding of ERP systems and audit-related systems. Prior experience in the hospital, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Willing to be based at Mayapada Hospital Jakarta Selatan – Lebak Bulus. Responsibilities : Conduct internal audits in accordance with the annual audit plan. Evaluate internal controls, risk management, and compliance processes. Identify audit findings and provide recommendations for improvement. Prepare audit reports and present findings to management. Monitor the implementation of corrective actions. Support special audits and other assignments as required. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes.
