How you are going to make an impact 🛠

Ensure the organization's operations comply with all applicable regulatory and legislative provisions.
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure unified compliance practices.
Prepare and submit detailed compliance reports to senior management.
Monitor industry developments to maintain compliance with regulatory changes.
Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities and manage all compliance communications.
Evaluate and improve existing compliance systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Analyze risks associated with the organization's operations and develop comprehensive action plans to mitigate them.
Suggest practical solutions for regulatory compliance issues and oversee the implementation of corrective measures.

Discover your Fit 🪄

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a compliance role within the financial industry.
Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory environments.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
