*Year 1: $500K total compensation ($425K base + $75K sign-on/retention)

*Year 2: $510K total compensation ($435K base + $75K sign-on/retention)

*Year 3: $520K total compensation ($445K base + $75K sign-on/retention)

-Weekday call starts at 7 PM

-No buy-in for partnership
