Position Overview

A leading private healthcare facility in the UAE is seeking an experienced Consultant Nephrologist with Australian Board/Fellowship certification to join its specialist medical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive assessment and management of patients with renal and kidney-related disorders.
• Manage acute and chronic kidney disease, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and renal complications.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient nephrology consultations.
• Manage patients requiring dialysis and coordinate renal replacement therapy where applicable.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, and medical education.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with UAE healthcare standards and facility policies.

Requirements

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree.
• Australian Board/Fellowship qualification in Nephrology , recognized under the applicable UAE PQR requirements.
• Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
• Current professional registration/licence in the country of practice.
• Eligibility for UAE Consultant classification, subject to final assessment by the relevant licensing authority.
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
