Nurse Manager (UK CCT, Western Qualified, American Board)

Top private hospital looking for an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations and lead the nursing team within a leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The role involves ensuring high standards of patient care, staff performance, patient safety, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN/BSc Nursing) ; Master’s preferred.
• Valid nursing license/eligibility for DHA, DOH or MOHAP .
• Minimum 5–7 years of clinical nursing experience .
• At least 2–3 years of nursing management/supervisory experience .
• Experience managing nursing teams, staffing, rosters and departmental operations.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance, infection control and patient safety .
• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in a hospital/large healthcare facility preferred.
• Relevant management certification is an advantage.
