Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Consultant -Ebola Response

Under the overall supervision of the Programme Support Unit Coordinator, the M&E Consultant will work directly under the M&E Officer, who will serve as his/her primary supervisor. The Consultant will coordinate closely with the Ebola Emergency Coordinator, who will be his main operational interlocutor and the first reviewer of all reports and monitoring products. The M&E Consultant will support data collection, analysis, field monitoring and indicator tracking, contributing to improved quality and consistency of monitoring and reporting for the Ebola response.
