Join Ali & Sons Group as a Service Advisor, where you will be the key point of contact between customers and the workshop. You will be responsible for understanding customer concerns, advising them on the required vehicle services, coordinating with the workshop team, and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience from vehicle reception through completion. Role Purpose To provide professional and efficient customer service throughout the vehicle service process, achieve workshop labour and parts sales targets, maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results, and build long-term customer relationships and brand loyalty.
