You will be the point of contact for all matters relating to workforce planning. Your focus will be on developing reliable, high-quality and robust workforce planning for field staff. In doing so, you will be in regular contact with field staff and the relevant business units.

Your responsibilities will include
- Capacity planning on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Rostering for office and field staff, including train drivers, shunters and wagon supervisors
- Coordinating duty rosters with staff
- Commissioning external service providers to supply staff
- Drawing up duty instructions
- Monitoring of staff planning and its implementation
- Planning staff deployment
- Monitoring and ensuring staff competencies
- Prioritising measures and tasks
- KPI tracking, analyses and monitoring of relevant key performance indicators
- Development and implementation of improvement measures
- Reaching agreements with suppliers regarding the required capacity
- Drawing up duty rosters in accordance with working time regulations
