## Description

We’re looking for a **Senior Graphic Designer** to lead the creation of high-quality, culturally relevant visuals for the **Brazilian and wider LATAM markets**, combining creative expertise, strategic thinking, and emerging technologies.

**Responsibilities:**

  • **Team Leadership & Mentorship:** Mentor and coordinate junior and mid-level designers, allocating projects effectively and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team.
  • **Creative Direction & Quality:** Lead creative reviews and brainstorming sessions, provide constructive feedback, and ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality and brand consistency.
  • **Design Processes & Standards:** Develop scalable design processes, brand guidelines, asset management systems, and a comprehensive **LATAM Design Playbook**, with a strong focus on the Brazilian market.
  • **Strategic & Market-Driven Design:** Research LATAM and Brazilian design trends, player preferences, and competitor activity to develop culturally relevant and data-driven creative concepts aligned with business objectives.
  • **Performance & Innovation:** Analyze design performance metrics to identify successful strategies and continuously explore new formats, technologies, and AI-powered tools to improve creativity and efficiency.
  • **Design Execution:** Create promotional visuals, banners, and digital assets across multiple formats, including adaptations and resizes of existing concepts.
  • **Post-Production:** Handle retouching, compositing, color correction, and the integration of 3D renders, stock assets, and graphic elements to deliver polished promotional materials.
  • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with stakeholders, graphic designers, and motion designers to deliver high-quality creative assets and support ongoing marketing initiatives.

## Requirements

  • **Experience:** 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design or Visual Design, including 1–2 years in a senior or lead role.
  • **Industry Knowledge:** Proven experience in **iGaming, betting, or gambling** is required.
  • **Leadership:** Experience mentoring designers, coordinating workflows, and managing creative projects.
  • **Motion Design:** Strong experience with motion graphics and animation, particularly **After Effects and Premiere Pro**.
  • **Design Tools:** Expert-level **Photoshop** skills, with advanced proficiency in **Figma and Adobe Creative Suite**.
  • **Visual Design:** Strong ability to create polished promotional visuals and adapt existing concepts across different formats and platforms.
  • **Brand Management:** Experience working within established brand guidelines while maintaining visual consistency.
  • **3D:** Basic knowledge of **Blender, Cinema 4D**, or similar 3D software is a plus.
  • **Languages:** Fluent **English** (written and spoken) and strong **Spanish** communication skills are required.

**Nice to Have:**

  • Experience working in **marketing, advertising, or creative agencies** is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with **AI-powered visual production tools** and emerging creative technologies.
  • Strong understanding of **Brazilian and broader LATAM culture, trends, and consumer behaviour**.
  • **Fluency in Portuguese** is highly desirable, particularly for work targeting the Brazilian market.
