Job Responsbilities

• Coordinate first mile pickup operations and daily capacity planning.- Monitor and improve fill rate performance across merchants/sellers.- Coordinate with commercial teams on merchant onboarding and account setup.- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks affecting pickup efficiency.- Track and report on inbound performance metrics to stakeholders.

Job Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations.- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.- Experience managing merchant/seller relationships is a plus.- Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial and operations teams.- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
