About The Role

  • Identify & Develop vendors for services like Mining, Raw Material Handling, Recycling Waste operation, Equipment Hiring, Manpower, Consultancy etc.
  • Finalization of contract for Mining, Raw Material Handling, Recycling Waste, Manpower, Consultancy, etc.
  • Hiring of Equipment, HEMM etc.
  • Draft and execute output-based, KPI-linked and performance-driven service contracts.
  • Floating Enquiry to the Suppliers/Contractors.
  • Preparing Comparative Statement/ Negotiation & Order finalisation
  • Preparation of Note for Approval, PO/WO/Agreement.
  • Drive cost reduction
  • Knowledge of SAP MM module, MS PPT/Excel is required
  • Candidates having hands on experience in ARIBA will be preferred
  • MIS & Reporting, maintaining data related to service orders.
  • Coordination with all concerned dept (Plant & HO) for Requirement, PRs, Scope of Work, TE, Approvals etc.
  • Follow up with Vendors for timely completion of Job/Mobilization of manpower & equipment.
