Assistant Manager, Global Procurement Solutions

In this role, you will co-ordinate across various zones and business verticals, understand p rocurement p erformance and prepare various reports for Global Risk Management team including the Internal Control and Internal Audit processes . We are looking for some one who should be open to working in any shift as per the business requirement.

Responsibilities

• Completion of Audits on time
• Sensitive data assessment
• Responsible for Monthly Risk and O pportunity Reporting
• Preparation and driving of compliance processes .
• Reviewing status and approvals with the Leadership
• Updating Prices & Volumes , LE Deck with latest f inancial n umbers
• Understand s trategic business goals and challenge s, issues with short- & long-term i mpact of Commodity and Third-Party Risk
• D rive C ontinuous I mprovements
• Responsible for managing new visualizations and i mprovements in Power BI

Desired Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or Postgraduate in SCM.
• 6 + years of experience in P rocurement / R isk M anagemen t / Audit and Compliance
• Ability to quickly digest new information and learn new businesses and processes
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, accountability and accuracy.
• Knowledge of any Commodity Trade Compliance related tool ( EKA, EIKON, SAP & Ariba , Power BI, SaS ) is an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS suite
• Experience working with global stakeholders, suppliers and clients outside India
• Good C ommunication, Ownership and Decision- M aking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
