As an Integration Developer Manager, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain operations and enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration within our Operations Consulting practice. You will work closely with clients to analyze supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Your guidance on technology and data analytics will be instrumental in creating a connected and agile supply chain network.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will partner with team leadership to validate collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables.

Responsibilities

Leading the development and execution of supply chain optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency
Analyzing supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement and implementing solutions to increase responsiveness and reduce costs
Managing client engagements by overseeing project planning, budgeting, and execution to meet client expectations
Coaching and mentoring team members to develop their skills and enhance their performance
Utilizing supply chain management software to improve end-to-end visibility and collaboration within client networks
Providing guidance on technology and data analytics to create agile and connected supply chain networks
Collaborating with clients to develop operational strategies that drive business performance and streamline processes
Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project momentum
Upholding professional and technical standards while reinforcing the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
Leading the design and delivery of integration solutions across Oracle, SAP, and third-party platforms.
Driving integration development, configuration, and support using Oracle Integration, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or similar middleware technologies.
Establishing API integration standards and ensuring security through OAuth, tokens, certificates, and other best practices.

What You Must Have

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 7 to 11 years of experience
Oral and written proficiency in English required
