About The Role

Your contribution to something big:  

  • Create test plans, preparation of test setups, execute and document reliability and verification tests of hydraulic components.
  • Conduct testing and analysis of hydraulic systems and components, ensuring optimal performance and reliability, and often involves troubleshooting and diagnosing issues (such as pressure tests, leak tests, and performance evaluations).
  • Analyze test results and identifying potential issues or areas for improvement.
  • Use specialized equipment and software to perform tests and collect data. 
  • Identify and diagnosing issues within hydraulic systems, such as leaks, low pressure, or component failures.
  • Use diagnostic tools and techniques to pinpoint the root cause of problems.
  • Develop and implementing solutions to address identified issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of test results, findings, and troubleshooting activities.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for clients or internal stakeholders.
  • Active participation in the creation and review of reliability test procedures of hydraulic components;
  • Present and communicate test results and findings to development teams.

What distinguishes you

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.

Experience

  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in laboratory testing, experimental setup assembly, and hydraulic system validation.
  • Proven track record in product failure analysis and root-cause troubleshooting on mechanical or fluid components.

Know how

  • Deep understanding of fluid mechanics, hydraulic circuits, valves, pumps, and fluid power components.
  • Solid knowledge of testing Methodologies
  • Experience working with specialized measurement instruments, sensors (pressure, flow, temperature), and data acquisition tools.

Languages

  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
